Description

Dear Valued Customers, As part of our ongoing improvements to our business continuity process, we will be undergoing 1 hour of scheduled maintenance this weekend from 10:00 AM UTC on Sunday, May 4th. During this time, we will be conducting a test of our control plane disaster recovery process. This process ensures that we will be able to operate our cloud control plane and portal with minimal interruption in the event of a catastrophic, region wide outage in our primary host region by allowing us to switch all operations to a secondary region. What does this mean for you? During this 1 hour maintenance window, we expect there will be between 5-10 minutes of downtime during which the portal will be inaccessible with some additional flex time in the event something unexpected occurs. It is also possible that any open browser sessions with our portal will need to be refreshed to update authentication tokens. Thank you all for your understanding,
